Oranda goldfish problem

I have an oranda in a 40 gallon tank, water parameters are currently good according to API test kit. A week ago, I came home and the fish was swimming upside down and every time it went to the bottom to eat, it would be vertical and do a backflip and then right itself. My assumption was swim bladder issues so the first thing I tried was peas to make sure he is not constipated. He ate the peas and relieved himself so no constipation issues. For the last couple of days he is at the bottom in a corner leaning against the glass. I've also seen him laying on the bottom on his side a couple of times but he eventually makes into a corner. When I put some food next to him, he gets excited and looks like he is trying to swim but not having great success.

My question is, is this swim bladder and what are the possible solutions? I've read it could be bacterial but I am not sure how to tell whether I should use medication. Also I've seen some videos on using a syringe to pull air out but that seems extremely dangerous and not sure how effective it is. Any recommendations are welcome.

Since the body of goldfish like the Orandas are bred to be shorter, SWB can be a genetic thing.

And about that constipation. Goldfish can not physical become constipated.

Could try kanaplex but yea there's a good chance it's genetic.

I should also add that shelled peas have the same amount of fiber as goldfish food on the market does.

Are you feeding floating or sinking food?

Sinking pellets mostly, always soaked for a few minutes before dropping in. Once a week frozen bloodworms and once every two weeks peas

This is the food: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003ZGCH9I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If it's genetic and he doesn't improve and keeps laying in the corner should I euthanize or leave him alone? I just want make he is not sitting there suffering.

Honestly I'd switch up the food. Goldfish aren't meant to digest grain, and while I can't link you to a scientific study I'm convinced this contributes to swim bladder issues. I know people say hikari is good, but I think it's garbage. 7 out of the first 10 ingredients are grains. I reccomend omega one goldfish pellets

Try a different food, and add plenty of veggies like bananas, spinach(and other leafy greens), cucumbers, carrots, Zucchini, broccoli. Look up what fruits and veggies goldies can have. If changing the diet doesn't work. Try an antibiotic. And if his condition decays, you might need to put him down.
