Oranda Goldfish: Chasing, Playing, Bullying?

HI guys, just got two new Oranda goldfish for my 40 gallon breeder. Bought them from eBay. They are about 3". The seller said around 8-10 months old. I asked the seller for a male and female and he said he would do his best to sex them for me.

I was wondering if their behavior was normal. Yesterday and this morning they didn't bother each other. Today, there seems to be some chasing going on. I wanted to share a video of what I was watching and see if it's normal. This is my first time keeping Oranda. I just want to make sure one isn't getting bullied.

Thanks!

Can you take a closer picture of the oranda ? Generally the males have tubercles on the operculum during the breeding season.

To me It look a male trying to get a female to mate. My one male does almost the same thing but a lot more aggressively. I've never breed them but I do know mine doing so was a male (breeding stars) and almost sure the other 2 were female. He did however also do so to my other male.
