I ordered some tissue cultures from them and had a great experience. Shipping took a bit longer than expected though...this was also a year or two ago.

 

I know this is an old post, but to give everyone a review on this thread I ordered from this company through their Etsy account of the same name once and their site once. One time I ordered the diy co2 kit for my 10 gallon aquascape with no issues. Item was intact and came quickly with no damage. The second time I ordered some Manzanita Driftwood to go in my 10 gallon aquascape you saw before. The first time the package came it was all banged up and no good with broken sticks. However, I reached out to Customer Service and they sent a second package to me free of charged packaged well with much better pieces. This is the wood that is currently featured in this tank that you see here. If you decide to order from them and are not satisfied with the produce, contact customer service and they will likely make things right in regards with your order. Other than that, great overall experience with the company.
