Opinion On My Bettas Diet Plan

What’s going on everyone!
I’m reaching out to get an opinion on my betta and his tank mates diet plan.
For awhile now my betta, ember tetras and guppies have been eating omega one flakes (mostly pinched and crunched to tiny pieces for the embers and guppies mainly) and omega one pellets for the betta 3-4 pellets as the main food and freeze dried bloodworms with a day of fasting for the past 4-5 months now.

The bettas diet plan was:
Sun- pellet
Mon- pellet
Tues- fasting
Weds- freeze dried bloodworms
Thurs- pellet
Fri- freeze dried bloodworms
Sat- pellet

Now recently I bought frozen foods for the betta to change up and get some varieties with frozen bloodworms and frozen mysis shrimp (recently just bought this past Monday) and the new diet plan started today since I wanted to fast all the fish for two days before adding something new.

The guppies and tetras diet will stay the same with flakes

New diet plan for my betta would go as:
(Today) Thurs- frozen bloodworm
Fri- frozen mysis
Sat- frozen bloodworms
Sun- frozen mysis
Mon- pellets
Tues- freeze dried bloodworms
Weds- fasting day

I'm thinking of doing pellets for Saturday Sunday and Monday but what do you guys think of the diet plan?

He does get slightly bloated after each meal which I may just drop a bit more in his feeding.
His reaction to the frozen bloodworms is crazy where he literally hunts the entire tank bottom to find more lol (fatty)

Anywho please give me all your opinions and help keep this thread active so maybe everyone and beginners could get an ideas as well! Thank you!!

Ditch the freeze dried, theyre known to cause bloating. In the new schedule, replace the freeze dried day with a pellet day

Yeah it still can. Id stick with just the frozen, its better for them and obviously he loves them.

Ideally when fed, their belly should gently round.

Severe bloating will have the fish unable to swim well at all, and can cause permanent issues with the swim bladder.

Mild may just have some struggle swimming, but able to get around just fine.
