One of my guppies has had clamped fins for a few days, initially I thought he was a bit stressed and I used some melafix (all my guppies got fin rot when a snail died in the tank and they’ve been getting better) he seemed to get better after about 2 days but when I got home I couldn’t find him anywhere. Turns out he was hiding in the floating log. His fins are extremely clamped and I’m not sure but his dorsal fin seems to have gotten terrible fin rot overnight. I’ve seen the guppies chase each other around but I’ve never seen them gang up on this guy. He also seems to have gotten super skinny overnight. I put him in my snail breeder box for the time being but I have no idea what to do because I just put a Betta in my spare tank. None of my other guppies have this issue and apart from the fin rot they seem to be perfectly healthy. I’ve been doing more than one water change per week and my levels are fine so is he being bullied? The guppies have been in my tank for several months now and this is the first time I’ve seen any of them with clamped fins.

I forgot to mention this but I can’t use antibiotics on this tank because my shrimp are weirdly sensitive to them even though they’re supposed to be shrimp-safe (the snails were fine and I’ve used them before in a tank with ghost shrimp) so if he needed meds I’d probably have to build a divider of some sort and put him in the betta tank, but I’m afraid he wouldn’t survive the acclimation

Did some research and he’s showing symptoms similar to dropsy or TB, he doesn’t seem to be pineconing but the scales on hI back are a bit raised, he’s super pale and his spine is curved (I assumed that was from the fin clamping) the other fish seem fine but if this is what’s wrong with him then would I have to euthanize him? Idk what to do, I’m going to try a bit of salt but the melafix and the water changes have not helped at all

Well the pic is too fuzzy for any kind of visual id but TB is quite rare so it is more than likely not that. With the clamped fins and him and all his buddies having fin rot, you have a pretty sick tank. First place to start is your water perameters. What are they? And if yiu can get a better photo itd help.

Ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates are all 0, pH is 6.8-7

This is the best picture I could get of him because the breeder box is mesh, but his head
Image1548309209.819167.jpg is almost white when it’s supposed to be golden yellow (I adjusted the color a bit so you could see him but irl it’s almost ivory)

His tail is also incredibly thin which worries me.

I would euthanize it. May be TB.
