Omega One Super Color VS New Life Spectrum

Hello everyone, I have a question. So I have 2 German Blue Rams, 2 Upsidedown Catfish, Honey Gold and Honey Red gourami, Rubberlip Pleco, Blue Eyed Albino Bristlenose Pleco and an Electric Blue Acara, total of 9 fishes. And I wanted to get some food that they could all eat but also color up my Acara, gouramis and rams. I’ve had people and fish store workers tell me that Omega One super color community sinking pellets would work, but I’ve also had others tell me New life spectrum is amazing. Any opinions on what y’all would recommend?

Never used any New Life Spectrum, but i do feed the Omega One option. My fish seem to like it and the colors are what they should be. Any kind of good healthy diet should do that, anyway.

I use Omega One as well. My fish love it so I've never had to change. I know people who swear by NLS and they are no doubt right about that, too. Both have everything your fish need. It comes down to what they'll eat. BTW, I have an EBA and he is growing and coloring up nicely. I am certain there is no chance changing foods would make him so blue he would glow in the dark :)

I've been using Omega One for 4 years, the ingredient list is good. I just took a look at New Life, their ingredient lists look good too.

stay away from companies that use wheat, soy, other grains as their 1st few ingredients.

Both are quality brands, it shouldn't matter much. The main thing is to get right size pellets for the size of your fish. My Honey's prefer micro pellets. Some of your other fish would prefer 1mm or larger and wafers.
