Ok, now I am writing a review after using a product for a while...

Ok. I have been using continuum prolifera for a while now, and so I know that it is very safe. I do not judiciously follow the bottle, but I do it somewhat closely. My plants do seem better, along with my bacterial cycles- also seem to do better. Keep in mind I do use it with clean F; the two seem like a really good pair! My plants seem to grow fairly well and I reduced my photo-period. My fish seem to be eating my plants though, so, the two are kinda competing.

I will say also that, using prolifera, can reduce your oxygen slightly because I need to keep my air pump running. My plants seem to use it for energy to grow. I am also semi-heavily stocked. My fish require lots of oxygen. So your experience may be different. I keep my kh around 100-200 ppm.

I will post a picture of my aquarium...

This is mostly new growth, since about 3 weeks ago where I gutted my aquarium and removed all of my wisteria. Those swords were tiny off shoots.

My loaches keep uprooting those up top. Lol

Can you post before and after pics next time? Seeing that pic doesn't tell me much about how well the product works if there's no reference pic. I'm interested to see growth pics.

How long have you been using it?

What else do you dose? Are you still dosing Trace?

Sure. This was 2 weeks ago. I have removed that one plant that was on the right.

I don't use much else. I now use continuum Trace once per week. Seachem Flourish occasionally, only at water change.

EDIT: I forgot I put 2 root tab seachem things in the gravel. One for the front grass and one for the right grass.

The lighting is very different in the second pic. Did you change it?

Nope, that is just what it looks like at night the other was midday. I didn't like the photo of the day time it looked kinda rough (bunch of electronics) so I deleted it a while back. I didn't think that I would need it.

that photo was august 15th, 2016

EDIT: Also that wisteria grew from a leave and was thrown away, no plants were added, they just grew; but that amazon that looked bad from my acid buffer and fish eating it, I threw out for the most part (on the right)

EDIT on Nov 30th; I got slack on the proliera and my fish started eating the plants faster than they can grow and I am back on it now!
