Since I'm getting cories for my 29, I've decided to change it over to PFS. So 45 minutes ago I went to Leslie's and picked up a bag of sand. The sign said "silica sand $7.99". On the bag it says "filter sand". Is it ok for use? Here are some pics.

Sorry it's upside down lol.

I don't know if I'd use it or not. Sounds kind of scary when you read the back of the bag. I went to Lowe's and got playsand for my tank. It was $4.99 for a 50# bag.

Leslie's PFS is just fine. That's what I have in my tank. Same bag and everything.

Do you know what grade that sand is?
I am trying to figure out the size of the sand granules
I am looking at one bag of sand I saw that is grade 16 silica and I found a site that says grade 16 is 1.168 mm
a 20 grade is .883 mm

I am just wondering if it is better to be bigger or smaller in size
