I just looked at this website (Get to Know the Peaceful Pepper Cory) and it says PH for peppered corys should be 6-7! Is that true? My ph is 7.8-8!

A stable pH is much more important than an ideal pH. Anything between 6 and 8 I consider perfectly fine for most tank-bred and commonly kept species.

It'll be fine for more species. Leave the pH alone and they shouldn't have a problem. pH is really only a big deal for sensitive fish and breeding situations

They probably are already used to it. I wouldn't try to change the pH, because if something goes wrong the change in pH is enough to kill your corydoras.
