Oh Dear! I should not have gone to Petco!

This was the first time ive been to petco in quite awhile, its about 20 min further away then my petsmart, but I went today because petsmart didn't have any snails.

Anyway, my petco finally started stocking halfmoon plakats, and halfmoon doubletail plakats, They had some real beauties, a white dragon HMPK, A blue/purple Bi-color HMDTPK, a couple red dragon HMPKs, and even a White Dragon HM Giant (King) PK.

And I looked at all of them, and resisted the urge to get one... until I saw this boy... then I just fell in love, I couldn't go home without him!!!

Oh He is just so cute!!! He really has that cute little bulldog mouth!!! He has similar coloring to Ebee, that gorgeous emerald green color. Love his tank too. Congratulations!!!! Darn it, I went to my LFS today and only came home with another heater.......

Wow! and I love his tank! I don't think I've seen flower decor at most pet shops around here. 2nd to last photo of him he's like "dude. enough with the pics."

 

gorgeous, my petco stocks some nice ones too (I realized the other day that Ginger wasn't the crowntail I intended to get, they changed the water and moved them around XD But I still love him )

Is that the 5 gallon MinI Bow or the 2.5g? I have the 2.5g and use a different filter but your filter doesn't seem to take up as much space as mine. Just wondering.

 

it is a 2.5gallon, Its advertised for bettas, but it came divided and I took the divider out. The filter came with the tank and I actually really like it, works well and doesn't produce a heavy current at all.

That's a good looking betta!! I have said it once and I'll say it again but those bettas are growing on me . I just hope that people don't get the wrong idea and think that its ok to have that divider!

I got one that is a little different and the filter was huge for it- your filter looks smaller. Nice!

 

I went to petco the other day and had to tell myself over and over again that iI don't have an extra tank then had to leave when I saw the KING betta that petco keeps their fish in good conditions
