Noticed something interesting about my L134 leopard frog plecos

I have not seen any visual evidence that my L134 plecos were eating any algae, this did not surprise me as this is not part of usual diet. But something interesting to note is I did try and give them cucumber and they totally munched on it.

I will still keep a very meat heavy diet for them but plan to offer veggies regularly.

I wonder if this is a fish thing in general. One of my bettas goes NUTS over algae wafers if i pop them in for my nerites. My platies also go nuts when i throw in some meaty foods as a treat. But, platies are proven little water pigs.
