Noticed Skin Missing Off My Paradise Gourami?

Looks like some skin went missing on my paradises gourami. Ran tests and my water conditions were fine. None of my other fishes has anything at all. Not sure what it is and how to treat it. His behavior seems normal as usual.

Can you get some more pictures, preferably a little closer? It may be an injury. What other fish do you have in the tank? Do you have lava rock or sharp decorations?

I have rocks and drift wood which I think he seems to be hiding between. Other fishes I have are a Bolivian ram, electric dwarf blue ram, false zebra pleco, albino Cory, lemon tetras, and two nerite snails. I noticed he has the same thing on the other side of him.

Yep, it looks like a wound. He probably cut himself on those rocks.

Yeah that’s what I assumed. What should I do to treat it?

I don't know- I would probably go for an anti-fungal treatment and hope for the best- you should definitely put him quarantine to prevent any further damage.
