During a water change about 40% yesterday, I decided to rearrange a few of my decor. They don't usually act like this but all day today they've been very inactive and hide under the driftwood shown. I tested my water results are; 0 Ammonia 0 Nitrites and 0 Nitrates ( mainly because I only have 8 corydoras in my tank right now 200 gallon) Is it because of the way I set up the decor? Should I leave it like this?

Looks good, i would say they are stressed from you moving around the stuff and that by tomorrow or the next day they will be back to normal.
