Not sure if this is good or bad... i used to have to vaccume my tank gravel every week as i have a 4" pleco that constantly poops. But now there is absolutly zero wate anywhere to be found in my tank. Water tests good (aside from ammonia as im waiting for test strips as local store was out)
The pleco seems to be healthy and i feed him bug bites and zuccini for hia diet.
There is 1 red tail shark, 1 pleco and 6 neon tetras

I have the aqueon quiet flow 75. Only real plant i have is a small moss ball, added a week ago after last time i vaccumed the gravel.
Also was concernce maybe the pleco wasnt pooping, but kept an eye in him for about 10 min and seen we is in fact pooping.
Wondering if maybe hes eating it, altho i read that no fish consume their wast.

if the filter pads are real dirty, then they're doing a good job filtering out the poop.

you might want to check out this guide so you're not continuously buying the factory filter pads.

They do get clogged, i just clean them every other week in old tank water tho because i read that it best to clean the cartridges rather than replace unless the cartridge has degraded.
Just found it odd that this tank was cycled and iv had fish in it for 3 months always poop on the bottom, now nothing.
I will check out that article tho
