hi,
I have 250 gallon reef tank with 2 carpet anemone, recently I faced to nitrate problem and I used nitrate minus of Tetra co. to solve nitrate problem. Also I have heard this product can kill algae which live inside my anemones and can be harmful for them, is it true or not? ???
thanks.

Ouch ... That anemone is bleached ! What type of lighting do you have ? What is nitrates test at ? How old is your tank ?

I have 6 12000 kel cera bol, unfortunatly nitrate level is around 40ppm, and my tank is 1 year old. I puchased that anemone 4 weeks ago and it didn't take any food till now. I have been told that it eats only planktons which is not available in my tank.

Not sure what this is "6 12000 kel cera bol". Are the bulbs NO or VHO bulbs ? Maybe T5 bulbs ?
As for the "eats only planktons" statement. That's not true !!! What are you feeding him ? Besides tank planktons.
He needs to be feed small thawed pieces of shrimp, krill or silversides.

Thanks agsansoo for ur comments,
There are some mistakes in my type. As my LFS told me there are 6 ( 16000 kelvin) flourcent bulbs from sera co. in my tank. 4 of them are white are 2 of them are blue ( or actinic).
For that anemone I tried shrimp, artemia and plankton, however non of them seems to be its favorite.
