NilocG Thrive help

I could use some help deciding which all in one fert by NilocG I should start using. My first question is should I even bother dosing a liquid fert into my tank that only contains amazon swords and jungle val? I know amazon swords are heavy root feeders so I don't know if this tank will benefit from liquid ferts?

All my tanks for low tech low light, and I perform 50%+ weeky water changes. I
have various types of anubias, wisteria, jungle val, a smaller type of val but I don't remember the type, amazon swords, various crypts, bacopa, and a few others. I use root tabs currently but am seeing a few deficiencies and would also just like to boost growth with a liquid fert.

I was originally going to go with the regular thrive, but I am concerned about raising my nitrates super high. With my current plants and stocking my tanks sit around 10-20ppm nitrate before a water change. Can anyone that uses thrive let me know about how much it raises their nitrates? Then I wasn't sure if I needed to use thriveC since I don't dose any CO2. I do have a few amano and cherry shrimp in one tank, so I was considering thriveS. But my understanding is that ThriveS is good for shrimp because it doesn't require the 50% water change which most shrimp keepers don't do, but given my water change schedule I don't think ThriveS is necessary in my case.

Yep, 3 ppm nitrates per 1 pump per 5 gallons.
And colin recommends doing a 50/50 water change once a week following EI method.

You will be better off with ThriveC. The regular Thrive is usually used in a heavily planted tank or one with co2...

Your Wisteria, Bacopa and Anubias will benefit from it for sure as they can feed from both the water column and roots. I wouldn’t be afraid to use it as prescribed.
