New water change method creates bubbles?

I just got a new water changing system that attaches to a faucet and drains directly into the sink and fills directly from the tap. SO much easier than carrying buckets to and fro. However, I am curious about 2 things: (1) can I dose my water treatment directly into the tank? And (2) are these tiny bubbles normal?! I’ve never seen these bubbles before and they are pretty persistent. Is it just dissolved air in my tap water? I would normally fill and treat my buckets of water the night before the change.

One thing to add...when dosing conditioner directly in the tank, dose to the full tank capacity and not just the amount of water being added.
