New tank tomorrow!

FancyPantsy

Eeeeek I pick up my 105l tank tomorrow.
(I know it's still a little on the small side for two goldies, but it is literally the biggest I can fit in the space I currently.)

I probably won't have the time to set it up till the weekend, but please feel free to flood me with tips on moving tanks :D

literally place everything from the old tank into the new tank, fill the new tank 50% with old water, then top off with new water, its basically a water change.

if the new tank is going to be in the same spot as the old tank. then get a large container and pump most of the old water into it. move the old tank. put the new tank in place. pump the old water into the new tank only fill half way. move the fish, filter, decor, etc into the new tank, and top off with new water.

Yes up stairs can be a problem! Follow directions of the second poster :).

Exciting when you have a new tank! Just get some help with it up the stairs, shouldn't be too heavy but the size can be an issue carrying alone.
