So I got a five gal tank I was gonna use for another betta but instead bought the cutest little dwarf puffer. He is so little and will only get to be about an inch. This was the first time I had seen or heard of these little guys. I did my research on them and found one can be comfortably housed in a 5gal. Anyone else have these guys?

Have you read pinkfloydpuffer's puffer care guide?

I have not readit yet.... but I will now! Thanks meenu. From what I've gathered stresses water quality, which I take great pride in.

*edit* cool, exactly what I had learned elsewhere. I'm excited about the little guy. He will only be about an inch or so at full adult size (true freshwater dwarf puffer). I can upgrade this tank in the future if I like him as much as I think I will.

Btw, just so I don't get anyone telling me about cycling my tank (not you meenu), it is fully cycled. Now that I have muliple tanks, cycling has become a much easier, shorter process. Yeah!
