New Semi Aggressive Type Tank Project

So I'm cycling my new 36 g but in the future 6months-1year I'm gonna clean up my brothers old reptile tank -(80-95g)& create a semI aggressive tank! I've just got to get proper lid and were good to go. Ive only ever done community tanks but I love the looks of ram ciclids, Angels and id love a shark, maybe a group of tiger barbs. I haven't done any research into compatibility yet I'm still a long ways off. Any suggestions, experiences in keeping these together? Or what's ur favorite semI aggressive mix. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

 

Sounds like fun!! Just be sure the reptile tank has the proper thickness of glass to hold all that weight and pressure. Not sure if their built the same.

Keep in mind a terrarium is not built to handle pressure and weight like an aquarium.

 

Yeah I’d agree, sorry don’t think the reptile tanks gonna be any good unless it just so turns out it used to be an old aquarium

It would probably leak too unless you resealed it

 

I agree with the other people regarding the terrarium/ aquarium differences, but to answer your question, I really like flowerhorns. Personality, colors, and they're cichlids so I would think they fit your "semi-aggressiveness"
