New kittens

We have two human children (boys), two dogs (girl matipoo mutt & boy husky), and lots of fish. Last week we adopted two kittens. Brother and sister, 2 months old, already spayed/neutered. I am of course allergic to dogs and more so to cats but I don't care, that's what claratin is for right we have the kittens set up in our bedroom with an XL dog kennel set up too for sleeping in. We named the girl kitty (tabby) Arwen and the boy (black and white) Elrohir (Roh for short). The names are elven brother and sister from LOTR.

We picked the two bravest most boisterous kittens of the litter. It has been my experience that you when mixing dogs and cats you want that cat to stand up to the dog and not run and hide. Roh is even more bold than Arwen. Last night he had our husky laying down in front of him as he was too scared to get any closer but so very curious. Roh just sat there very proud of him self.

So so cute! Reminds me a little bit of my baby. She passed away a few months ago at age 13, to what we believe was cancer but weren't 100% sure.

Yeah, so will mine! We adopted him from the shelter when he was 3 months old and we've had him 8 months ALREADY!!!

 

I kinda feet sorry for the poor dog, kittens attacking all day. LOL
