New Java Fern Growth

My java fern has like 3 of these new growths from the leaves. What to do I do with them? Do I let them grow or do I pull them off and tie them to something? One already has some roots and two small leaves, while the others are on a chopped off leaf.
On normal leaf:

On the second photo, at the top of the plant, is that another java fern?

Let them grow to about 3 inches, and then simply pull them off the leaf. A java fern would grow them when it is dying or when it is just old.

I have some java fern that did this. I just waited until the babies were big enough and looked like they had enough roots before pulling them off and planting them. Not sure if that's the right thing to do but it worked for me and I have tons of new plants now

Just a plantlet. Your fern is growing well. I usually let mine get about an inch long then drop them into my grow-out tank. Then, once theyre about 3 inches long, I clump a few together to start a new plant.

Ok sounds good, but would anything happen to the ones on the cut off leaf? I also found like 4 more of them growing around on other leaves.

Something happen? If you keep it in the tank it will grow. That's how they grow. They start on the underside of other leaves as like a seed that sprouts roots.

After a few months, the leaf would stop growing plantlets and die slowly [basically their life cycle in an aquarium), but new leaves would start to grow from the rhizome and it repeats when the new leaves get old or get a disease.

That's how the plant propigates, as Terrell said, wait until they have some roots and replant.
