I am new here but not new to fish- had a 55 gallon Marine tank and a 29 gallon Brackish for about 5 years...Now just bought a 3 gallon fish bowl for a show Betta imported from Asia

Will this 3 gallon bowl have a filter and heater? You may already know this, so sorry if I'm telling you something you know, but Betta's do require a heated, filtered, cycled tank.
