I have a Momma about to pop. I am currently using what is to be my QT tank for 6 week old fry. If I move Mom into there until she gives birth would everyone be ok? And will the old fry leave the new ones alone until they are too big to eat?

Depends on how big your older fry really are. If they're too small momma could eat them. If they're too big they could eat your other fry. At 6 weeks it should be okay to mix the fry but your issue will be feeding. The older stronger fish will usually be the first to the food and get more so your younger fry will grow slower.

For me, I have never gotten a baby eaten. If the fry are big enough, they can eat the babies. If the mom hadn't eaten any babies, then they should be fine.
