Hello! I recently got ghost shrimp maybe 20 minutes ago and it looks like one of the little ones I got have a red spot inside it, is this ok to place in with my betta and pleco? Like is this shrimp healthy or is there some sort of treatment I should do for this little buddy? If so then what kind? This is my first time owning a ghost shrimp.

Invertebrates usually don't carry diseases that affect fish - it's not impossible, but it's extremely unlikely. All I see in there are organs - nothing to be concerned about.

It shouldn’t cause the pleco or betta to get sick. However, if there isn’t enough hiding spots in a large enough tank (for the shrimp to hide) the shrimp may be eaten by the pleco or betta. So just make sure to have some hides for him. Other than that he looks good!
