i got 2 new fish today!
they are upside down catfish. i am keeping them in my 50 gallon community tank with 2 gouramis about 7 platies and some neon tetras.
also there is my pleco which is quite big now.
the fish shop people said that they are good community fish and will go well with my other fish.
does anyone know anything else about them?

    thanks :)

they wont fight with other fish when they are that size will they?
also i found a baby fish in my tank today!
i moved it straight into the fry tank.
am not sure if it is a swordtail or a platy because i have both in the same tank but i hope that it is a swordtail =]
if i found one does that mean that there will be more?

Yes, where there's one, there's more. look in the gravel.

there are two big plants at the back of the tank.
it is hard to see in and they have lots of stems so its so hard to find them!
the plant is purple and the fish are black and orange so they are also hard to spot.
how can i tell if it a sword tail or a platy when they are babies?

also my blue platy has had baby fish!!!
    just this morning.
i had already put her into the fry tank so all the fry will be in there.
how long will it take for her to have all of the fry?
also when should i move her back to the normal tank??

    thanks for the help =]
