New Fish With A Bump

Today I got my 1st gourami and just now I noticed it has a bump by its mouth(btw it also has a white tip and itches the fish)is this a disease or a (infected?) wound? And how do I treat it?

 

Can you post some clearer pictures? Bumps are usually a bad sign.

 

Is this any clearer? In the last picture the (sore?) is the white dot under the mouth circled with red and the second last picture kind of shows the big bump above the sore or whatever it is

 

I'd bring it back. This isn't good.

 

Aww I really liked it, but I guess you think it is untreatable?
