New crypts. How long before they start notriusly melting

but im wondering how long i have before they melt like crazy. but i feel like i got some with already underwater leaves. seeing as i drove the sotre to get them in the tank and i cut off the rotting leaves.( Yes the platy fish are doing better since my last post)

They might not melt back. . . I've had crypts that never melted back, though they were grown underwater prior to my purchasing them. That said, it is always a possibility, just be patient I guess haha

i had them once before they melted and didnt grow back. so im trying again. and i cut a few leaves off

The first one looks like a Javafern (not a crypt). The other ones are C.wendtii to me and Josh might be right they won't melt down (they are young plants).

Ahhhh okay. Missed those. Think they'll be okay.
