HI I just got a new baby Oscar today for a great price of 6.99. He is the healthiest Oscar I've seen in a while. He is now in his new permanent 30 gallon home and as happy as ever. Eats very well and will gobble down flakes and pellets in seconds. Going to try him on some blood worms tonight and see how he does. Here are some pics know there not the best sorry.

Hi, he looks nice! Did you say his 30 gallon would be permanent? One oscar needs a 70 gallon at least.

So cute!
Sliver? Because he is a baby. Or Dragonfly? He looks like a dragon to me and dragonfly sounds cute!

Ha ha love the name and decided to call him just that love the Percy Jackson series so I thought your I idea was great. By the way I did say his 30 was permanent as my dad kept two for years in a 30. He also gave them some buddies in that tank. I'm thinking some silver dollars. Thanks for the other names guinea pigster.

You are seriously overstocked a 30 gallon is not big enough for an oscar alone, please do your research before buying fish

I did do my research. Why don't you check aqua land pets plus.

One source isn't always enough as many are often wrong. I suggest doing even more research and checking multiple sites. He is pretty though

They are WRONG! Just think about it, they (aqualandpetsplus) say that an oscar can reach 14 inches (they can, I've got 3 that's 14 inches) and needs just 30 gallons of water, how would the oscar turn around or swim in such a small area ? ?

Plus all that poo that it's gotta live in. It's like an obese man eating a three bean burrito with a side of brocollI in a closet and farting...he's not going to like it in there.

You need at least a 55 gallon tank for the Oscar when he gets bigger. For now the tank size is OK, but 4-6 months down the road he is going to outgrow that tank and need swimming room. You will need to buy a 55 gallon + tank in some time
