New Angelfish + video

I just acquired a new baby black Marble Angelfish for my 40 gallon! It looks like it may or may not have a little bit of yellow on its top fin and the top fin looks a bit ragged but I'm sure it'll grow back in no time. I'm hoping this is a true Black Granite Marble angelfish with no yellow at all, but if it does develop yellow as it grows, then I guess I'll have to accept it. I'd rather the yellow be on its fins than on the body.

Can anybody help me identify if it's a female or a male? The Blue Gourami seems to be leaving it alone for now.

Nice looking angelfish! It looks like a male to me personally but it is too young to tell. You'll have to wait for it to grow more and fill out properly before you can get a good idea.

 

Such a pretty Angel Fish. Is it veiled?

 

I don't think so... I don't know that much about angels to correctly identify them. It looks like it may have some Philippine Blue in him, as you can see a blue spot on his forehead.
