I bought a kit and wanted to know if this would be a good stock to go for.

Welcome to fishlore!
I think the stocking is fine other than the gourami and cory's are not compatible. Either you need to get a warm water cory like aeneus or sterbaI or you need to change out the gourami.
Also having 3 dwarf gourami in a 37 gallon is probably not a good idea unless you can locate 2 females. 1 male 2 females may be fine in there but females are hard to find as they are not as colorful so stores don't sell them. THe colorful ones you see in the store are males and putting more than 1 male in a tank that size will result in them fighting to the death.

Ok thanks I know about the 2 females to 1 male for the gourami and was hoping to find them . As far as the Cory is there any other bottom dweller that might work with the rest. Would Ottos work in this set up.

You could do the cory's I suggested or splendens. Their are other warm water cory but I don't know them. Coradee can give you more suggestions.
Other bottom dwellers you could do would be kuhlI loaches

Thanks I think I'll do kuhlI loaches they seem interesting. I was getting them confused with what I have heard about Chinese algae eaters and their size and aggressive tendencies when they grow up
