I had 4 thorn nerite delivered to me friday and they haven't moved since. Could they be dead?

If they smell REALLY BAD then yes if not they may not feel comfortable or safe so they won’t come out.

I would say 3 days without moving: Coma or dead

Don’t want to be rude but I’ve had new snails not move for 2 weeks and then they finally cam out and they were hungry but they were fine.

Huh?! That’s amazing, not rude. Sorry for the miss information. Now I feel bad that I buried live snails (they did reek though so I feel betta)

Did you make sure they are right side up?
I think it's very hard for them to flip them selves if they end up upside down.

Make sure they are right side up. That is the only way I get mine to come out of their shells somewhat quick.
