Nerite Snail ??

I have 4 mystery snails and 1 nerite. My tank, fish, and mysteries are all fine, but my nerite is just weird. I've never had a nerite before, got him about 3 weeks ago, and he is so boring? He either hangs out where I can't see him out of the water under the trim, or he hides in the decorations. I've seen a bunch of posts about how cool and interesting nerites are, and he is far from that. Did I just get a weird nerite snail or is something wrong with Richard? He seems healthy I guess, just lazy/boring, and I love snails, so idk what's up. I'll love him all the same I just wonder if he is sick or not.

 

Nerites come in interesting colors and shapes. They are hard workers, when it comes to keeping certain algaes in check.

But they are not really busting out with personality.

 

They are all different. 2 of mine never come out to clean the glass, and my other 2 dart around the tank as fast as they can.

Haha you should meet mine I named him HoudinI because he trys to escape everyday he spends most of his time out of water looking for an escape route he was like this at the pet store too when I spotted him he was just hanging out on top of the tank lid when I saw him I knew he was the one in fact the lady said he escaped 3 times I didn't know he would be such a hand full he actually escaped 2 days ago and I finally found him today all dryed out
