Nerite Snail Eggs!

kumorisan

Hello, fellow aquarists!

Just a few days ago, I bought a nerite snail. After a few more days, I found some white specks on the glass and decorations. I looked it up and realized they were nerite snail eggs!

Today, I wanted to figure out how to hatch them. The website I was on said that they hatch better in brackish water and not freshwater. I have a freshwater tank with 6 other fish in it.

What should I do with the eggs? I'm afraid they might get eaten by my blue gourami. How do I care for them?

Pretty sure they need to be fertilized to have a chance at all to hatch.

It's all good. Sometimes the simple things are the first to be forgot in our excitement
