Nerite snail eggs removal

I know they won't actually hatch, but there are just 1000s of these little white nerite egg specs all over my tank. Is there a way to remove them?

 

You can scrape them off glass with a blade, but deco and wood good luck. A toothbrush doesnt even scrub them off.

Is it glass or acrylic? It wont scratch glass. You could use a old gift card also.

The tank is glass, so that works out well.
Does the tank have to be drained, or can it work with the water still in the tank?

 

Water in. I just do it before my water change so you can suck up any of the algae scraps from the glass.
