Nerite larvae

I've had 3 nerite snails for a month or so, they have recently laid eggs around and I can see them now moving around with little snail babies inside. I guess they still won't hatch in a freshwater setup?

They really looked similar oval white dots when they were smaller

Nerite eggs never come to anything they don't even move and stay stuck as white dots on whatever the are laid on until physically moved
You'll also find limpets hard to move but not a problem in tanks and help with the clean up

Yes, those are limpets, not nerite eggs. I like them, and always keep them around. They’re basically tiny nerites.
