Nerite eggs!

Came back to this on the glass, I'll look it up of course (if I can save them in brackish water, etc), but I wanted to come here first and !!! Tips and pointers, snail gurus? I don't have nearly enough nerites...

I believe they have to be breed in a brackish tank where the eggs will be laid and hatch. I doesn't look like you can just scrape them off the glass and put them in a brackish tank. It sounds tricky to breed them because the salinity has to stay stable. I would say it has to be a pretty established tank to breed them in also because they usually only eat algae and biofilm. Sometimes they will eat wafers but not often.
