Neon Tetra Disease?

So I got 6 neon tetras. 4 of the 6 looks just fine where the other 2 instead blue and red. They are blue and orange.

I googled it cause I was curious and it said something about neon tetra disease. From what I have read they would die if they had it. I have also read it is only spread through a fish eating the corpse of a dead fish that has had it.

I am just wondering if I should just keep the 4 and get rid of the 2 if they do indeed have this and are going to die or is it possible they just have a duller color?

As long as the Neons continue to eat, likely no worries. Might try feeding a quality color enhancing flake food.
NTD manifests as white patches & spots, very similar to Columnaris disease.

Ok thank you. After reading that article I feel confident the fish are just fine. I will keep them in quarantine for a little longer to make sure though.
