Neon tetra disease?

About 4 of my 10 neon tetras have these weird lumps on their stomached. They come to a point. I’m really scared that it’s neon tetras disease but I’ve heard there is no cure. I have a bit of general cure and super ick cure but that’s basically it. Background info: 37 gallon tank with 2 platys,3 mollys,6 julii Cory, 1 rubberlip pleco, 1 dwarf gourami and the 10 neon tetras. My parameters were wack last week with ammonia up at 1ppm but currently they are at: less than 0.25ppm ammonia, (the liquid is yellow), nitrite 0ppm, nitrate 5-10ppm. if they do have neon tetra disease or some other disease will they pass it on to my other fish? Should i quarantine them? Here are some pics. Any help at all is greatly appreciated. I’m clueless at what to do moving forward from here.
EDIT: could someone move this to the disease thread? I can’t figure out how. Thanks!

In my experience with neon Tetra disease the fish often loose color and look generally unhealthy. The disease seems to progress quickly and kill fast. If I where you, I would quarintine them if possible, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions and say it's neon Tetra disease at this point. It could be something as simple as a minor case of bloat that will clear up on its own. It could also be parasites, or a bacterial infection. It could really be anything.
If you haven't experienced any deaths I wouldn't freak out yet. They look like very healthy fish otherwise and if nobody's died I highly doubt it's neon Tetra disease with how brightly colored they are. However, I guess anything is possible.
If you have a QT I would use it and just keep an eye on them. Keep an eye out for any changes in coloration, sores, stringy poo, clamped fins, etc. I wouldn't recommend meds at this point. If anything, I would skip feeding for a day or two and see if their bellies return to normal.

Edit- The gills seem to be quite red in one of the pictures. I would keep a close eye on that as well and make sure they return to normal now that you are over the ammonia spike

I would be suspicious of gill flukes or something similar if the gills have always been that inflamed. Ive never had to treat for them, so I don't think I will be much help as far as that goes.

I think apart of his scales that cover that area got bit off at the pet store. I just set up my QT tank and i will definitely be putting my tetras in it tomorrow.
