I’ve had these gobies for months. After my canister pump broke I tossed in a temporary sponge filter and now they come out a lot.

Cool. I love your tank, is that dragon stone in there?

Yeah that’s dragonstone. Unfortunately the left pillar has bba all over it... which is fortunate for the gobies I suppose.

I don’t know what’s more fun to look at, your tank or the little goby. Super cute!

Thanks! I have a plant hording problem.

Some do, be sure to research whatever goby you're looking to get first. Some will eat filamentous algae and may be very picky about foods.

I got the nymphoides hydrophylla from SeattleRoy. It kinda blocks out way too much light tho. I had some blyxa under it unfortunately, and had to move it to the front right. It's extremely prolific. I keep trimming the little offshoots that start rooting at the floating leaf and giving them away.

Very nice! That's the level of planted tank I hope to some day accomplish.

TBH I keep wanting to reset it. I'm waiting for Black Friday tho and hoping to pick up a UNS 60U, hopefully they do the BOGO again this year. Essentially same size (20g), but the dimensions are better for scaping.

If you're looking for a deal on a 20 gallon tank, right now Petco is running their dollar per gallon sale.

Nah, I'm looking for a rimless. Tho I was also considering a 20L for the bottom of a rack I'm still in the design phase for.

I got mine from him too. Original tropica in vitro died when moved, they melt so easily. A great grower once established though, mine grew nearly an inch a day with CO2
