Neglected bettas

My uncle gave me a tons of Goldishes on my birthday and told him that I don't know how to care about them but still decided to take them since they are rejected ones from a breeder friend, then couple of hour he also insist that if I may also take 2 bettas that his breeder friend son have since his son doesn't want them anymore. During that time also treating my main betta "Cosmos" of his fin biting/nipping. See attached pictures the White-ish/red one is a female (I named her Sommersault) that is bloated tried to fast her but nothing happened and she likes to hang around the surface. The mettalic blue black (Moonsault) is a male with Popeye on his right eye that now his aiming capability to eat floating pellets is poor. They we're previously kept together in a large basin and guessing that it has a poor water condition. Since Moonsault is partially blind Sommersault gets all the foods that this kid tosses in to the point that she develops Dropsy I think? Guys I'm sorry if I just kept them for a while in a 2 gallon quarantine container since I'm not ready to have so much fishes but take them since they are neglected and rejected ones. I planned to move the two in a 5 gallon divider once I got enough space in my room. For me it's better for the Goldfishes than to throw them in the sewer and the bettas to die unhappily.

I also had the 13 goldfishes in a 6 gallon container. My parents are annoyed when they learned that I sneak in a bunches of fishes in my room and also they scolded my uncle for giving those to me.

The female betta is in very bad shape. The photo shows early signs of pineconing so I don't think it is just bloat due to overeating. Do you have access to any kind of medication like epsom salt? I'm not sure if you can save her.
The male looks okay to me. Just do lots of water changes to keep the water pristine and he should be fine.

As for now all LFS around me and also those that far away doesn't sell them they just say let me try a regular salt but not doing so since I might kill her if I do. If I order online it'll take a week before I'll get it. I only had Melafix, Kanaplex and some IAL. I want to do the Kanaplex but the medication takes days to complete I was always away during weekdays and returns during weedends so can I just take her with me and store her in a small container just for a week? And I also don't know how to use it in a small container even in a 2.5tank.

That small container idea sounds like it would do more harm than good, those kind of conditions would stress her a lot. I don't think there is much you can do tbh.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about bettas to be any help, but I wanted you to know that male is a beautiful fish. I have a female that looks very similar; maybe a little darker.

PascalKrypt Actually my Moonsault has been active progressively compare when I got him, my worry is my Sommersault she's still less active but eats swims fast when she sees me near the container. I planned to buy a tank and set it up this weekend but still need permission from my parents if I can haul a big tank up in the second floor in my room if they don't allow me I'll just definitely had to euthanize my poor 2 bettas and the goldfishes since I have no where to put a decent tank for them all. The downside of having a soft heart for animals, I still kept them even though I know I can't help them. Anyway I tried the salt bath and she responded well she some how swims a lot than when she was before. I just watched some videos on how to do a salt bath and decided to give it a shot.
JettsPapa Thanks! I fell in love with his color too the blue color is darker than my main betta. Do you have a picture of yours?
