Need some help friends. I’m setting up my new 125g. Need to find a way to extend my inflow and outflow tubes so they hang over the back of my tank and my background. Tubes brackets in canister filters just not quite long enough. Help?

Home Depot has all sorts of tubing that you can replace your original with.

Can you put your Canister housing on something to raise it up a bit or is it in a cabinet? If it's in a cabinet I would suggest getting a roll of the proper size tubing and re-plumb the intake and return hoses.

I guess I needed to clarify. It’s the hard plastic tube pieces that are at the intake and outflow connectors. They need more space to hang over the tank and background

Again, Home Depot for PVC to extend what you need.

Can we see pics of your 125 . You may even be able to make a spray bar with pvc as Cichlidude suggested getting from Depot. Also you may even be able to add Lily Pipes but the flow may be too slow for that length and size tank.

Here are photos of the issue. The others I made work (barely).

I would say flexible tubing that will bend a little to where you want it.

Hello, just throwing this out there. Could you notch places on inside lip of rI'm where you going to place them? The lip is not for support of tank its to hold lid(use razor knife). Hope this helps!!!!!

Drill small holes in your background and place the intake behind it where you won't see it !
