Need Some Advice- Driftwood Placement

Soo recently I've been thinking about changing some things up in the aquarium, mainly replacing the fake piece of driftwood (tank in profile pic) with something real. Originally, I like the piece being thick and curvy, but now I'm not so sure if it really "fits."

I'm considering something like manzanita wood, to kind of go along with the root/ rock background. Originally, I wanted something to one side of the tank (as it is kinda placed now) and open area to the other side. It's hard enough trying to shop around without seeing something in person to get a feel for it. I can't decide if I want something that starts in the left corner and reaches upwards/ over, or maybe angle more top/ down. I also don't know what I would do with the few rocks and plants I have. Does anyone have any suggestions on layouts?? Or maybe have some pics they could share for inspiration?

Can you post a FTS of your tank? Preferable directly facing the camera? It’s kind of hard to see your tank from your avatar as it’s smaller and not great resulsotion.

I think it might be interesting to have it look like roots ar in the tank and have the rocks and plants scattered around them. Perhaps you could have 2-3 medium-larger pieces around the tank facing downward making this affect. I did soemthing relatively similar in my 29 gallon and love how it turned out, granted it’s only one piece stretching across. Here’s some pics of my 29 and 65(all main pieces came from mazninita driftwood .com)-

What kind of wood is that? I like the general shape it has. I'll try to post another shot of my tank. Was hoping to have more plants but they haven't been growing very well.

Mine is mopani, but it has the same kind of look as your plastic piece.

My lighting is terrible, but you get the idea. Lol
If you look online, there are places that take photos of the exact piece and then upload them with the price. Manzanita and aquarium coop do it, I think there may be others too.

Just out of curiosity, do you guys think Manzanita would look good in my tank in ADDITION to the mopani, or wood it clash?
BTW, the plants are fake, parents don't want real ones. (However, after a couple weeks of having the pothos in the filter, my mom asked if her geranium could go in to be fertilized lol.

Both are manzanita, but that site has several different types. I’ll be getting a piece of their spiderwood soon.
Hmm... maybe you can move most of the rocks and rooted plants to the left side and get a piece of driftwood on the right that covers about half the right side in a similar way I did? The plants would be on both sides, but maybe you can get some taller plants on the left in particular. Like vals.
