HI looking for lighting advice.
I currently have 125 gallon planted tank
Outfitted with 2 NICREW classic led g2 lights.

Not enough Coverage front to back.example fish swimming front glass top 10inch are in shadow.
I have the versa lids so putting light in middle not possible the hinge is probably 4ins wide.
Should I just buy new solid glass sheets then suspend light.

What does everyone use I would prefer not to have two rows of lights. Not sure if upgrading to a better light like fulval planted 3.0 will have wider light projection

Anyone else offer advice is the fluval planted 3.0 worth it. I'll be looking at 359.00 for 2 of them. What I'm asking is the the (light) worth it don't care about the frills.

I have read online that the light spread is enough that if you place a fluval at the back you can have algae on the front glass. I have a Fluval 2.0 on my wide 40gal breeder and so far like it very much. Being able to dI'm it or run it full out is a bonus. I do have some higher light plants at the front at the front of the tank and move it forward for a few hours each day. It's putting great growth on my crypts, they are getting very dense and bushy with little to no algae on anything. No Co2. I wish I had a Fluval on all my tanks honestly.

Not sure if this would be of interest to you as it looks pretty ghetto, but my lighting system is simple, cheap, and seems to work very well. The aesthetics aren't important to me since the tank is set in the wall...

Lights are Globe wifI controllable LEDs. 100 watt equivalent, 800 lumens each and seem to be lots for the plants. They are also full spectrum so you can do lots of different colours and night time settings for things like moonlight, sunrise, high noon etc.
