Need Immediate Help: Momma Platty Dying

Long story short my platty (who has given birth to around 10 fry) wasn't seen for about 1-2 days. During my waterchange I found her barely able to swim and her spine looks a little crooked. She was laying on the sand when I scooped her into a cup. No other fish showing any symptoms or issues.
I have 5 of her fry in a breeder. Should I add her in there since she can't seem to swim?

29g high
About 5 fry in a breeder
1 BN pleco 4in
3 black phantom tetras (2Adult 1Jouv)
1 adult platy

I just did a 50-60% water change since my readings were crazier than usual
Ammonia .25
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 80
Usually A0 Ni0 Na~3

I just did another 30% water change. Before the 2nd water change readings were A between 0 - 0.10 NI 0 Na 20

She's laying on her side in the cup. She'll freakout and swim with her nose to the waterline for a few seconds then fall back down to the bottom of the cup.

Update: I reacclimated her to the main tank water and put her in the breeder with her babies. Shes still alive but now shes slowly breathing. She's also laying on her side so I don't think she'll make it. I don't think I can do anything but I want to help her survive!

I've seen that happen with guppies after giving birth, the one I know of sadly didn't recover, but another friends did recover (I know this isn't a guppy) but still has the spine problem after birth. You can only make her comfortable and not stress her out.

Is this her first time birthing?

Black phantoms should be kept in 6 or more lest they get a little nippy. maybe they harassed her a bit

She hasn't given birth in months. But she did have several back to back births. But ive never seen her spine like this.

I know my school is small. I've had the hardest year last year with stocking. I plan to have 11 phantoms eventually. I bought 3 phantoms and ended up with a bad case of ich that only meds could treat. I ended up loosing 1 in the process. Then I had a bunch of platy fry on my hands and used my QT to separate the male adults and my hospital to house half the babies so I haven't been able to get more stock since I don't have a QT. The plan was to move the males into my 20 gallon with my neons but 1 ended up dying and now my neons have some kind of infection so I can't add my male platy. The only reason I currently have 3 phantoms is because 1 of the eggs surrvived my BN pleco lol.
The only semI aggressive one (just chasing. No nipping) is the male phantom but he only harrasses the females. He never goes after any of the other fish.

Shes been like this for 24hrs. Not swimming not eating. However she's still breathing and moving her fins.

If I'm remembering correctly, the bent spine is a common issue in livebearers, especially if they've given birth to a lot of fry. Sometimes it sorts itself out as long as the fish is kept comfortable/isolated, but other times they won't recover.

My only issue with that is that she hasn't given birth in months. Wouldn't a bent spine from pregnancy show up during pregnancy or after birth?
