Need help with Anachris

I've had some Anachris plants for a couple of weeks now but I see no growth, is there anything I can do?

 

As long as there isn't any death either just wait. Is it floating? If not how did you plant it?

 

Growth is dependant on lighting, nutrients, and carbon source.

Can you give us the info on your setup and fertilizer schedule (if applicable)

Some are planted and some are floating

I have no ferts and lighting is good

 

What spectrum and fixture? It's that sometimes the 'stock' light is pretty terrible for plants

I don't use my lights since the tank is by a window but not directly in sunlight and they LEDS and idk what the spectrum and stuff like that are
