Need Help Sexing Rainbow

    Need help sexing this rainbow. Bought it thinking it was male. However, the front and rear dorsal fins do not meet. Don't know if I'm just overthink it or if it's a really colorful female.

    That is a male. The females have less orange on there fins and less blue. Nice looking one!

    The color really began to pop the past few weeks. Still young. Fish went through a gray and yellow phase which made sexing a little difficult. When I noticed its front and rear dorsal were separated i started to wonder.
