Need Help, Gourami Has Lumps On Body

Hey guys, got a dwarf gourami here by himself in a 10 gal tank, regular water changes and good ammonia and ph levels. about three days ago he started showing whiteish bumps that have seemed to spread across his body and fins. the only thing that has changed in the past week was the temp outside. it dropped a good amount and I'm thinking it affected the tanks temp a bit and caused him to be susceptible to disease. I'm trying to find out what it may be and the best course of action to take.
thanks in advance for any help yall can give. s are attached.

Not 100% sure, but it could be Iridovirus. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I am pretty sure it is only found in gourami fish and betta, and it is extremely common in dwarf gouramis.

Could he have ick? I'm not an expert with fish diseases but that would be my guess from you discription.

fishlover001 is correct. That looks like DGIV ( google it ) to me. I hate to say it but I stopped keeping Dwarf Gouramis because of this dumb disease - my last 4 all died from it . I would love more opinions but sadly that is exactly how mine started to look.

I am by no means a fish disease expert but the lumps are concerning to me. Most of the usual suspects ich , bacterial or fungal infections or parasites have pretty limited ways they manifest themselves. That many lumps suggest something systemic to me.

Is he eating well? How does his poop look? Has he had any injuries? How long have you had him?

his behavior and eating haven't changed, no injuries and i've had him for about 2 months

I am going to tag a few folks who might have some ideas. Be patient . I'm sure they will take a look if possible.

Also if it is DGIV there are some other great gouramis to try in a 10. Honey Gouramis and Sparkling gouramis are great fish and do not carry this disease to the extent that Dwarves do.

What do you think DoubleDutch , TexasDomer ,bizaliz3 ,Dave125g , AngelTheGypsy

Can you list specific water parameters? pH, temp, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates

Do you have a heater in the tank?

How often do you do water changes, and how much do you change?

Thanks guys. I do water changes twice a week and I change about 20% of the water each time.

Can you answer my other questions?

Probably DGIV indeed.
