So I have a blue gourami who I found stuck to my filter. I caught him in my net and he was barely alive. He's swimming straight up and down taking breaths of air. I dont want him to die... but i also dont want to compromise my other fish. I unfortunately dont have my quarantine tank at the moment. I recently did a water change using my tap water (previous water changes were done with distilled water b/c I didn't trust my tap) both water changes I conditioned my water. He seems to have a little fuzz on his nose but i don't know if its fungal or not. He's dying and coming back and dont know what to do!

It's tough without a quarantine tank. If it could possibly be fungal, it couldn't hurt to treat the whole tank with antifungal medication as a precaution. If you're lucky it could save your gourami. I've had similar happen but by the time I noticed one fish dying it was too late to save it. I hope you have better luck.
