Hey guys. I really need to know what specie of bird this is so I can nurse it back to good health. I'm honestly confused as to what's wrong with it but I have reason to believe it's injured. My neighbour's kids said they saw it fall down later in the morning about 16 ft away from where it is right now. I would love if anyone could help, maybe a bird expert? Here are some pics. I put some water in the little container in front of him for him to keep himself hydrated, that is if that would help. Thanks in advance.

I don't want to touch till I'm ready to put in a small storage box. I feel I could stress it and also it's in some bushes so getting pics of the feet would be hard I'll see if I can get some pics of the beak.

That appears to be a baby bird of some sort. If you are in the US, it looks a bit like a juvenile robin. I would google some pictures and see if it looks like your bird. I wouldn't touch it since baby birds naturally leave there nests this time of year.

Old enough that mom will come and feed it if you don’t disturb. Hard to tell from the pictures the sp.. Robin or mocking bird?

I would guess robin. In general if you get close to a young mockingbird the parents will express their displeasure loudly and frequently. They are not at all shy and will dive on people, cats, etc. who get too close to their babies.
I know this is several days later but a clearer picture would help. In general the thing to do for young birds leaving the nest is to leave them alone. Though it is not true that the parents will abandon them if you touch them, too much human activity near the youngster may keep the parents from caring for it. At this stage they normally flutter about but don’t fly well.
Also, keep roaming cats away. Cats can be very hard on bird populations.
